In terms of gastronomy, Santiago de Compostela has nothing to envy to its neighbouring towns, because it is an integral part of the culture and is even considered an art. The historic city: To start the day tour, nothing like a nice walk through the streets and squares of the old town. A maze of narrow streets, squares and buildings in granite, proud of its centuries of history, and dating back to medieval times.
Among them, do not miss the majestic Cathedral on Obradoiro Square that thousands of visitors and pilgrims flock to admire. After the morning tour of this architectural gem, visitors can attend Mass, which takes place at noon. During the celebration, the botafumeiro – gigantic censer – flies over the temple and this ritual is definitely a memorable experience. Maybe this is the dreamed opportunity to climb on the roofs of the cathedral and admire the city from its highest point.
To regain strength before the pursuit of the visit, take a break in one of the bars or restaurants that allow you to discover the Galician kitchen, and leave you sated and conquered by these flavours.

Cultural roundtrip: In the afternoon, enjoy and admire the parks and gardens of Santiago de Compostela, including the Alameda Park, near the historic centre. This space, created in the nineteenth century, is still offering today a privileged viewpoint over the old town.
Then, you can come back to the centre, but by changing route to pass the Faculty of History and Geography, the church San Fiz de solivi and the wholesale market.
The tour continues to the park Bonaval to visit two important museums, the Galician Contemporary Art Museum and the Galician People Museum. Along the way, you can see the Convent of San Agustín, the church of Santa María del Camino and the Puerta del Camino.

Cathedral by night: After visiting the main museums of the city, we return to the cathedral which is illuminated at night. To do this, visitors will pass under the Puerta del Camino, will travel to Plaza Cervantes, walk up the street of the Azabachería and will arrive quickly at San Martín Pinario.
For half an hour, visitors will have the opportunity to admire the Plaza del Obradoiro and the monuments that surround it, all lit up: the cathedral, the Parador de los Reyes Catolicos, Rajoy Palace and the College of San Jerónimo.
This magical moment can take place at the customer’s request, before or after dinner, where visitors have the chance to enjoy a good plate of seafood, fish or Galician rice.
After the dinner and the tour, why not have a drink while listening to music?

In the medieval city of Santiago de Compostela, Enyevent DMC invites you for an epic activity.

After a walking tour in the centre of Santiago de Compostela, the participants go in an equestrian centre for a fun and exciting activity.

Upon arrival, each participants are assigned a horse suited to its level and size and armed himself with his safety equipment. It is then that supervisors explain the instructions to follow. The lesson continues with a slow drive so that the team members can accustom themselves and trust their horses.

Then comes the walk on the Camino de Santiago. The participants are supervised by instructors and follow the indicated route. During the ride, the brave can venture, always accompanied by a supervisor to make a run at trot or at canter for the more experienced.

After the ride, and for more competition, Enyevent DMC can arrange a little history quiz on the morning tour with prizes, and gather feedback from participants about the activity of the afternoon around a drink in one of the downtown bars.

La Coruña: Situated beside the Atlantic Ocean, Coruña is a historic city whose history has maintained close links with its old fishing and commercial port. The peninsula on which the Old City stands also contains the Tower of Hercules, one of the symbols of the city, which is an interesting Romanesque collection of streets, squares and medieval churches.The team members can start the visit by following the new promenade along the seashore, which is one of the longest in Europe, and that will take you to the beaches Playa del Orzan and Playa Riazor. You may stop in Playa del Orzan to visit the Domus Museum or Casa del Hombre, a museum that combines Anthropology, Natural History and Sciences, and also interesting interactive exhibitions.
To continue the visit, your group cannot miss the Castle of San Antón, a fortress dating from the 16th century, located on a small island and artificially connected to the mainland; the Castillo de San Diego, which houses the Archaeological Museum of La Coruña, and situated on the opposite side of the bay; la Casa de los Peces, an aquarium with over 300 species, and the beautiful churches.Rias altas (boat trip)

Rias Baixas: In the southwest of Galicia, from Monte Louro in Muros to the mouth of the River Miño, the Rías Baixas display the colour of a sea that penetrates into the land. In the morning, you will leave the hotel with your private coach towards Padrón, where we’ll visit Santiaguiño do Monte. Then the visit continues to Catoira, a village which has one of Galicia’s most impregnable defensive fortresses, the Torres de Arzobispo, and Cambados, the capital of the world famous Albariño white wine. You can also enjoy a boat trip along the Ria.
An excursion in the Rías Baixas is also the ideal moment to taste the best cuisine in Galicia: fine recipes with fish and seafood that are best enjoyed when accompanied with a typical wine of this land.

Wine tasting

This perfect program for an excursion outside Santiago de Compostela, in the province of Pontevedra, invites you in a winery that prepares a straight albariño produced following a rigorous and meticulous process in order to guarantee its varietal pureness and the traditional essence of the Salnés Valley original wines.

Your official guide will explain about the history of the region during the trip from Santiago de Compostela which will take less than one hour by private bus.

Upon arrival, your group will be able to enter in the “bodega”. You will have the chance, during one hour, to discover the winery and its particular universe thanks to a guide, which will explain the winemaking process. The participants will follow the winery staff, who will explain the elaboration of the wine and its processes, followed by a tasting of four wines animated by the oenologist of the house.

Of course, the order of activities can be changed to suit your wishes, and it’s possible to reserve the winery’s hall for a conference or a quizz, and follow by a lunch or dinner in a typical restaurant before heading back to Santiago de Compostela.
